   is every email to @aol or @hotmail bouncing? what is the reason for the bounce? you’ll probably need to contact the postmaster for those domains unless the the block is with your email provider.
   if at least some of your email to those domains is *not* bouncing, then it is likely that a given addressee has either reported you as spam (and you will need to discuss that with the addressee) or deleted their account. the action you should take would depend on the reason for the bounce. for example, if the reason is undeliverable – no such user, then remove that email from you list. there’s nothing else to do… that account no longer exists.
