How Do I Get My Computer To Stop Using Aol Explorer And Just Use The Regular Internet Explorer For Everything?

I can’t stand the AOL thing . . . My computer had AOL software in it when I bought it, probably as part of some conspiracy to get me to sign up for AOL. I want it to just go away.
