I recently changed a graphic on my website. When I view the page in explorer I get the new graphic. When I view it in AOL I get the old. I’ve cleaned my cookies and restarted. Thanks!

Instead of cleaning your cookies, you need to clear your cache, then try again. Also, if you didn’t remove the old graphic first, just pasted the new over it in a WYSIWIG webpage builder, different browsers may show one or the other, especially if you didn’t lock the new graphic or make it 1D. Check the html on the page you uploaded, and make sure all references to the old graphic are gone.
